Sandy joined the Habitat Spartanburg team first as a ReStore volunteer in April 2021. She was later hired on as a ReStore Warehouse Associate, and she enjoys the work tremendously.

"Auction days at the ReStore are busy, but they are fun! Those are the days that keep a lot of funds coming to help towards the mission of Habitat Spartanburg," she said.

Sandy likes working with the diverse volunteers who come through the ReStore, including some of the participants in our Homeownership Program who choose to earn Sweat Equity hours there. She especially likes to see returning volunteers, who get to have ownership over various projects within the store.

When she's not at the ReStore, Sandy enjoys traveling and relaxing with her family.
