A Fond Farewell to Peggy Magarahan

January 18th, 2024

On behalf of the Board of Directors and Habitat staff, it is with mixed emotions that Habitat for Humanity of Spartanburg announces the resignation of our Director of Construction, Peggy Magarahan, after 14 years of dedicated service to our organization.

While we are sad to see Peggy go, we are grateful for the many contributions she has made during her tenure.

Peggy has been an integral part of our organization since she joined us in 2009. Over the years, she has overseen the construction of countless homes for families in need, ensuring that each one was built with quality, care, and compassion.

She has also been a mentor to countless homeowners and families, sharing her knowledge, experience, and passion for our mission.

We pray blessings upon her and wish her success in her future endeavors. We will always be grateful for Peggy's contributions to our organization and to the Spartanburg community.

Although Peggy's presence will be greatly missed, we are confident that this tremendous foundation will continue to support the advancement of our organization's mission to help families spark generational change while transforming our community.

Raymond T. Davis, Sr.
Executive Director, Habitat for Humanity of Spartanburg
