Taylor Brown founded Cottonwood Construction and Design, LLC in 2021 after spending years in the construction industry as a supplier, residential builder, and commercial project manager. Through that experience, he saw an opportunity to bring a fresh perspective to residential construction—one centered on clear communication, transparency, and integrity.

Cottonwood was built on the belief that when those values are prioritized, the building and remodeling process can be just as positive and rewarding as the finished product.

Taylor joined the Habitat for Humanity of Spartanburg Board in 2026 and is honored to partner with the organization in advancing affordable housing and strengthening the Spartanburg community.
